If you are looking for a used car would recommend giving this place a look from the initial visit to collecting the car, Darren showed amazing customer service. Friendly, answered any questions promptly and honestly,wasn't pushy. car was as promised and paperwork for warranty etc dealt with efficiently. Will go back next time I am looking for another car

Darren Went above and beyond helping with the the car I bought . Had a problem with his printer so couldn't get the paperwork for car when I got there but Darren put 6 months road tax on car as a good will gesture and dropped the car off later that day . Fantastic service definitely recommend.

After trawling the internet for used car dealers around Carlisle, I came across DTC Motors. At this point I was already tired of viewing cars and trying to find a car sales that seemed trustworthy. I needed a car for work. I told Darren I had a budget and test drove a few cars. He contacted me to advise he had just got a new vehicle in, which ticked all the boxes for me; good mileage, diesel (for long drives), and within the price of what I could afford. I'm always skeptical of sales people, however, Darren provided an excellent service! He was very patient with me and worked with me to find a suitable car with what I was asking. The car has been spot-on since purchase, as is the fuel economy just as Darren had indicated. I would definitely recommend DTC Motors to friends and colleagues, and would buy from here again. (Although I most likely won't need to as current car will be lasting a while).

Great dealer, 5 stars customer service. Highly recommend to anyone!! A very honest and genuine dealer taking full responsibility of their vehicle. Clearly explained with all the function and things to be aware of the vehicle with no stress and panic using the new vehicle after the purchase. The dealer discover problem on the day of collection, voluntary reduce the sale price in the first place to fully cover the repair cost without the need to negotiate. Best dealer I have ever experience! Dealer have full confident of the quality of their vehicles, able to provide the receipt on the works carried out (fail previous MOT, fitted new clutch, etc).
